On December 10, 2024, the technical team of Hongkai went to the client's company for on-site ink color matching and printing of outdoor swimming pool bamboo woven plastic film. The main purpose was to solve the problem of bonding technology under high pressure for printed products, making the appearance of the swimming pool more vivid and beautiful.

The Hongkai technical team always stands on the front line, going to the scene for pre-sales and after-sales services as soon as possible, professional and focused, only providing customers with better quality services. Product application: In the experiment, our professional team followed the customer's standard color scheme, used our materials and formulas, on-site color matching, poured ink into the printing tank, and started printing. During this process, the technical problem of plastic bursting under high water pressure was successfully solved. The high-temperature plastic was welded and bonded to the finished product, and the realistic bamboo weaving process effect was achieved through printed colors. The on-site debugging of the plastic cloth for the bamboo weaving pool was successfully completed.
