2.Product features
1) HNC series color chips are made of special carrier, no nitrocellulose used as the carrier.
2) HNC series color chips are non-hazardous products (non-flammable and explosive), easy to store, transport and use.
3) HNC series color chips have same application field and operation method as traditional nitro color chips, but the release of solvent of HNC color chips is a little slower than that of traditional nitrocellulose color chips, so customers need to adjust the proportion of solvent according to actual situation.
4) HNC series color chips comply with REACH, ROHS, EN-71-3 environmental standards.

4. Recommended dissolution methods
HNC color chips 30%
Ethyl ester (butyl ester) 30%
Ethanol (anhydrous) 30%
Isopropyl alcohol 10%
1) firstly put solvent into mixing barrel, with mixer speed 200-300, and then slowly add color chips (color chips can not be added too quickly, otherwise lead to agglomeration);.
2)after adding the color chips, slowly increase the speed to 1000-1500, take the sample to test the fineness after half an hour of mixing, and mix it until the fineness is qualified.
